Central's full fixture list for the 2022/23 Manchester Football League Division One campaign has been released.

Chris Tomkinson's men will open the 2022.23 season with a home game to Elton Vale on August 13th before travelling to face Wilmslow Albion just three days later.

The Vale game on August 13th will be Central's first competitive game at Seashells Trust academy since moving there this summer. Last time Central faced Elton Vale, it ended in a one all draw as Vale scored late on to deny Central all three points. Central will be looking to bring the form of last season into the new one and will be looking to hit the ground running. The campaign then presents some challenging tasks with Central facing tough games in the form of Avro Reserves, recently crowned Division Two champions Bolton United and new opposition Hindley Juniors in back to back weeks.

A fixture that all Central fans will be looking out for is our fixtures against Avro Reserves, after the last minute winner on the final day of the season from Fuad Kasali, this seasons encounters are sure to be as competitive. Central travel to the Vestacare Stadium on Saturday August 27th and host the Oldham side on Saturday 4th March.

The end of the 2022 calendar year is wrapped up with three games in December as Central travel to Altrincham Hale on Saturday 3rd December before hosting Boothstown on Saturday 10th and fellow promoted side Avenue on Saturday 17th.

2023 hands Central four tough games against, Bolton Borough, AFC Monton, Govan & UoM and 2018 Murray Trophy final opposition Tintwistle Athletic. The campaign concludes for Central with a home game against East Manchester on Saturday, April 28th. Full fixture list will be on our fixtures page tomorrow afternoon.

Now you know the full fixture list, it's important for you to know the key dates in the run up to the start of the season.
